During our recent trip to Alaska with the Centre Of Aviation Photography we were delighted to be hosted by Everts Air in Fairbanks.
The visit to their base of operations provided excellent opportunities to get up close with some exceptional aircraft. Including C-46s, DC-6s, Grand Caravans, the recently delivered Cessna 408 SkyCouriers, hangar operations and of course the famous Everts Boneyard packed with DC6s and much more.
Later in the day, an opportunity was presented to jump on board and take a trip above the Arctic Circle to Fort Yukon in one of their Grand Caravans. We didn't need to think too long about that 😊.
